CRES Fitness and Health
the students will work hard, learn about health and fitness topics, and most of all....HAVE FUN! The goal is to have each student find something about fitness that they like enough to pursue outside of school hours. Some parts of fitness may be challenging to some. Students will be encouraged to try hard and persevere with the goal to "get a little bit better today." All students will be encouraged to choose personal fitness goals and work hard to attain them. Each class will consist of 2 or 3 different activities so that if a particular activity is not a child's favorite, they can look forward to the other parts of the class.
