PE Homework

The kiddos have DAILY HOMEWORK:

  • get AT LEAST 60 minutes of movement/exercise each day.  Do this before plopping down to play video games or watch TV.

  • They should learn the food group of any food that they eat.  They should participate in grocery shopping and meal planning and try to eat a variety of foods from all 5 healthy good groups.  They should try to eat 5 servings of fruits and vegetables EVERY DAY and avoid sugary foods and drinks.  (These can be treats that they eat once in a while.)

  • encourage your kids to practice anything that we are learning in our weekly PE classes. 

  • Throwing and catching are always good skills to practice.
