PE Homework
The kiddos have DAILY HOMEWORK:

get AT LEAST 60 minutes of movement/exercise each day. Do this before plopping down to play video games or watch TV.

They should learn the food group of any food that they eat. They should participate in grocery shopping and meal planning and try to eat a variety of foods from all 5 healthy good groups. They should try to eat 5 servings of fruits and vegetables EVERY DAY and avoid sugary foods and drinks. (These can be treats that they eat once in a while.)

encourage your kids to practice anything that we are learning in our weekly PE classes.

Throwing and catching are always good skills to practice.
